The latter has not been a problem for over 500+ builds. I have searched for a better explanation in a blog post or tutorial or whatever, but havent been able to find one. I am working with Drupal 8 & 9, in addition to Acquia products including Cloud, Site Studio & Site Factory. Grunt is amazing, but when developing on Windows I found my grunt tasks would take a while when working with a CSS preprocessor and grunt-watch. The readme seems to skip over everything that I need explained, and then ends with an example that doesnt work when I try it and doesnt seem directly related to the documentation. I lead the technical responsibility of delivering great websites, systems and products for several well known organisations. According to the Github page, the nospawn option can help speed things up, but may be prone to erroneous builds. Im trying to use grunt-contrib-livereload, but cant seem to figure it out. I’m fairly certain this is possible, but it eludes me so far. Grunt is amazing, but when developing on Windows I found my grunt tasks would take a while when working with a CSS preprocessor and grunt-watch. It’s not a huge deal, but sometimes I’m trying to modify the style of something after there’s been some page interaction and I have to go through the process all over again if the page refreshes. If you create a new less file it wont be exist in the theme, So you have to create a symlink using grunt commands Check if the LiveReload browser extension. Live reload only reloads the files you specify in the configuration i.e if you specify sass files it is those that are reloaded. So far, I’ve gotten everything working how I want (which is monitoring all the files I want and refreshing whenever there is a change), other than I’d love to be able to make modifications to Sass/CSS and have it refresh in the browser without a page load. The first part of your question is straightforward enough.
